How do I place my order?To place your order, follow these steps: 1. Select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. 2. Proceed with the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and address detail. 3. Select the shipping method and payment method, or enter any voucher codes you were given. 4. Click "Place Order" to go to the payment page to pay for your order.

Can I change my order detail or cancel my order once it has been placed?You cannot make any changes once an order has been placed, but you can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, first go to your order page. If you are not signed in, you are requested to enter the order number from the confirmation email, as well as your email address. Next, open the order you wish to cancel and tap the "Cancel" button and follow the prompts. If you don't see a cancel button, it means that your order is over 2 hours and it can no longer be cancelled.

How long does it take to pre-order items?Pre-order products generally take about 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. If you have any questions or concerns about pre-ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What if I don’t receive my order confirmation email?Order confirmation emails typically send out within minutes of your order being placed, but can take up to an hour. If you have not received any email update about your order, it is likely that the email has been marked as spam. Be sure to check your spam folder for emails about your order and please to add Unnie’s Pick to your safe list. If you still do not find your order or shipping confirmation email within 1 day, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How do I apply the offer to my order?The offer is typically applied to your order automatically when your order reaches a certain price or quantity. You can also enter a voucher code on the checkout page to take advantage of the offer.

How can I get tracking number for my order?You will get the tracking number through the email that you have been registered/ provided once your order has been processed. If you have not received any email update about your tracking number, it is likely that the email has been marked as spam. Be sure to check your spam folder for emails about your tracking number and please to add Unnie’s Pick to your safe list.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?Normally, it takes 3 to 6 business days to arrive in Peninsular Malaysia and 1 to 2 weeks to arrive in East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) after we shipped your order.

Do you accept return or exchanges?If your item(s) is damaged or faulty, we will accept returns or exchanges unconditionally. For returns, we check the condition of the item once we receive your return and notify you if your return request has been approved or denied. If your return request is approved, you can choose whether to proceed with a refund or an exchange. For returns and exchanges, we will only accept the same item(s) or item(s) of the same price for exchange.

When can I expect my refund?Once your return we have received your return item(s) and inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item(s). We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied. If you are approved, then your refund will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 7 business days of our receipt of your return.
